LOG-IN TO YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO LOG-IN AND PREP PRIOR TO REGISTRATION!

  • Reset or recover your account password as needed

  • Ensure your camper and family information is complete and up to date

  • Double check that your camper's birthday is accurate - enrollment options will not appear if their age does not meet the requirements for the session

  • Add an updated credit card as needed

COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS

  • All forms must be completed prior to enrollment. It is essential that we have accurate information for your camper's health and safety and we need to ensure it is not getting missed as a result of rushing through the enrollment process.

  • If information such as health or medication details or cabin mate requests changes between enrollment and your camper's session, you can log in and edit the forms anytime up to 2 weeks before their session begins.

PREPARE WITH YOUR CALENDAR

  • We recommend you review the dates for camp with your family calendar and friends' calendars and be prepared with which weeks will work for your schedule.

  • All campers are welcome to enroll in one week with us this summer. This will allow us to give as many kids as possible the opportunity to experience camp this summer! 

  • Unfortunately, our registration system does not allow us to officially limit enrollment to one week per camper. We are relying on our community to honor this policy! 

  • Campers enrolled in more than one week will be unenrolled and emailed an updated enrollment confirmation reflecting the one week they stay enrolled in. 

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN REGISTERING

  • Unfortunately, due to the large number of families (1,000+) attempting to register during Early Bird Registration on the 14th, many families experienced lagging and technical difficulties with our overwhelmed enrollment website. We have increased the site bandwidth to help remedy this.

  • Spots are limited and we are expecting a high volume of families attempting to register again on the 21st for Open Enrollment. Unfortunately our program is in high demand and we do not have enough spots to meet this demand. As a result, families who have completed the above preparations and are ready to enroll right at 9:00am may still end up on the waitlist. 

  • Additionally due to the volume of simultaneous enrollments, a week may show as "Open" when you select it then become filled while you are in the process of checking out, resulting in your camper being placed on the waitlist.

Early Bird Registration

for returning families and central oregon families

JANUARY 14, 2023 @ 9:00AM

A portion of summer camp spots will be released for Early Bird Registration on Saturday, January 14th, 2023 at 9:00am. Early Bird Registration will remain open until Saturday, January 20th at 8:00pm or until spots are filled.​

WHO QUALIFIES FOR EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION?

  • Returning families who have sent at least one child to one week or more of Camp Tamarack Summer Camp prior to 2023. Please ensure that you log in to your existing registration profile to allow for quick verification of your Early Bird eligibility! 

      AND

  • New and returning families currently living in Central Oregon. This includes within Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties 

  • Unfortunately our registration system does not allow us to officially restrict enrollment based on where you live. For this reason we are relying on our community to honor this policy and only register within the enrollment period that you qualify for.

  • All enrollments between January 14th and January 20th will be verified for eligibility. Campers enrolled within this period that do not meet the above requirements will be unenrolled and emailed a cancellation confirmation.

WHY THE NEW SYSTEM?

  • In Central Oregon, there are a limited number of overnight summer camp opportunities available for families to access. In an effort to ensure there are options for local families, Tamarack is making some changes to how we conduct our registration process this year. We still hope to have campers from a variety of places while recognizing the needs of our local community. Your consideration and understanding is appreciated as we look to balance the desire of many to attend with meeting the needs of our community. 

Open Enrollment

for ALL FAMILIES

JANUARY 21, 2023 @ 9:00AM

The remaining portion of summer camp positions will be released on Saturday, January 21st, 2023 at 9:00am. Enrollment will remain open until spots are filled, then the waitlists will become available. 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT?

  • All families, regardless of previous enrollment status or geographic location, are eligible for the Open Enrollment period.

WHEN WILL THE WAITLISTS OPEN?

  • Waitlists will open after January 21st, 2023 Open Enrollment spots have been filled.

  • There will be no waitlist open when Early Bird registration spots are filled. If your first choice session is full during Early Bird registration, you can either choose a different week, or try again during the Open Enrollment period on January 21st. 

CAN MY CAMPER BE ON MULTIPLE WAITLISTS?

  • Yes, you can add your camper to as many waitlists as you'd like.

  • We'll contact you when your camper reaches the top of a waitlist to offer a spot for that particular week. 

  • You'll need to enter your credit card information but you will not be charged to be placed on a waitlist. You will only be charged once offered a spot and confirmed that you'd still like to enroll. 

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY CAMPER HAS RECEIVED A SPOT?

  • All families on the waitlist will receive communication from us within 1 week of being waitlisted with an update on their status and how likely it may be for your camper to receive a spot.

  • Waitlist positions will be offered as soon as they become available. This may be as soon as January 22nd or as late as the Sunday evening of the camp session beginning.

  • We'll contact you via phone or text when your camper reaches the top of a waitlist.  

PAYMENT

Options

PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE!

  • When completing registration, you can choose to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan.

  • Payment plans require a $50 deposit followed by monthly payments from the time of registration until June 1, 2023.

  • Your camp session must be paid in full by June 1, 2023 to keep your enrollment. 

MAKING PAYMENTS

  • You can log-in to your CampSite account and make a payment if you have not paid in full

  • Select the tab labeled "Financial" and make a payment.
