Structures & Behaviors

Updated: May 4, 2020

Part Two of our Adaptations Series.

Organisms have structures and behaviors specially designed to help them survive in their environments. Whether they live in the icy tundra, the deep deep ocean, or right here in the forests and deserts of Central Oregon, organisms have their parents to thank for passing along these important traits to help them survive. Learn about adaptations of some Central Oregon organisms and conduct an investigation of your own!

Snap a picture of your completed activity and send it our way on social media! We'd love to check out your creations!
