Camp Tamarack’s mission is to provide youth with experiential opportunities in an outdoor setting that promote personal growth and a better understanding of the environment and world that surrounds them.
Set amongst the beautiful snow covered Central Oregon pines, Camp Tamarack’s Winter Wellness program brings our local youth to the Deschutes National Forest where they will spend three days participating in our fun, exciting, and engaging adventure and self exploration experiences. Our program is designed to introduce and teach leadership skills, community wellness, positive self identity and self-esteem. At this pivotal time in a young person’s life, we have a responsibility to provide them with experiences that will stretch and shape their sense of community, self, and their identity within our communities.
